Custom Order: Build Your Own Hat

Here's your chance to design your own custom hat! 

How to order:

1. Read the special notes below!
2. At checkout, pick your style
   
3. Pick your pom pom
4. Pick your color from Malabrigo Yarn or Hedgehog Fibres
5. After your order, we will email you to confirm your color choice (we don't have a way to collect that at checkout!)
   
   

Custom orders will close on September 30, your yarn will be ordered, hat will be lovingly knit by hand, and will ship by November 1. 

We use only the highest quality, ethically-sourced yarn to keep you warm and last for years to come. The merino wool in this hat is hand-dyed in Ireland.

Materials: 100% merino wool, topped with a faux fur pom pom

Size and Fit: hats are knitted to measure approximately 9"H x 8"W (fits head circumferences 18-22"). To request a custom size, send us an email via our "Contact" page after your order is placed, and reference your order number. 

Care:
- Hand wash cold in gentle detergent, reshape, and lay flat to dry (do not put in washer or dryer).
- Remove pom pom before washing for best results (pom pom can be removed by untying from inside).
- Fluff pom pom by gently brushing with comb or cool heat from a hair dryer.
- Woolly Bear Knits is not responsible for damage caused by accidental washing in washing machine or dryer.

Please note:
- All sales final, no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
- The merino wool we use is hand-dyed in very small batches. It is possible that your hat will not match the dye lot online and could look different than the yarn photo.
- Hats will be shipped by November 1. This allows us time to special order your yarn and knit your hat.
